Delete your 7Pray account
You can delete your account at any time, in the app or from this page. Deletion removes your personal data; it does not merely disable the account.
In the app
- Open Me, then Settings, then Account.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Choose Delete now, or, if you have Pro, Delete when my Pro plan ends.
Delete now is immediate. Delete when my Pro plan ends keeps everything until your paid period runs out, then deletes it.
On the web
Sign in to My account with the same Apple, Google or Facebook account you use in the app, and choose Delete account.

- Your profile: name, email, language and prayer times
- Points, streaks, levels, badges and wallpapers
- Your Prayer Cards and the hearts you sent or received
- Your prayer history and journal
- Devices and notification settings
What is kept
- Transaction records that the law requires us to keep, for the legally required period. They are kept apart from your profile and are not used for anything else.
- Anonymous statistics that cannot be linked to you.
Your subscription is separate
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play; the store keeps billing until you cancel it there. Cancel first, then delete.

- Bought on this website: My account, Pro plan, Cancel.
Can't sign in? Ask us to delete it
Send the email of your 7Pray account and we will delete it for you. We may write back once to confirm it is really you.
